 Calendar.php.patch - Added some missing English strings for calendar entry
 events.

 SummaryViewWidgets.tpl.patch - There was a small error that caused the
 page to render incorrectly if $MODULE_SUMMARY was empty.

 css-*.patch - The post button was not properly contained in the edit
 comments section so I added overflow:hidden to the css to correct this. I
 also updated mixins to compile with less.js 1.7

 loading.gif - I am new to SVN, so I am not sure how to handle this one.
 The first frame of the horizontal loading gif with the moving dots is
 solid white, where the rest of the frames are transparent. I have
 corrected this.
