 Checked it for custom modules created using vtlib modules as shown in

 http://community.vtiger.com/help

 Works well when a record from custom module is deleted as well, record's
 deleted attribute in the vtiger_crmentity table is marked as 1 and upon
 deletion from RecycleBin module these records are getting deleted from CRM
 and from Db as well.

 Can you suggest us a scenario to reproduce this case..
