 The issue look like : http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/7684

 After upgrade from 5.4 to 6
 Touch only unusual character like " ' " or à. è, &, etc.
 Touch all "indirect" display of the field. Example: The product name in
 the assets list. Or the organisation name in the contact list etc.
 The product name in the product list is correct (as it is in the popup)

 Displayed in html in the indirect display of the field.
