 vtiger do provide with a vendors module and Purchase Order creation. But
 when we create a new purchase order for a product the cost comes from the
 unit price which according to me is illogical, instead there must be a
 purchase price field for a product that indicates the price at which the
 product is purchased from the   Vendor.
