 hi jan,

 please let me understand your need,
 Are you concerned about the  overall discount which is applied to the sum
 of tax amount and list price in case of "individual" mode.
 if you want the  tax to be apply for the net price after discount is
 calculated then use the "Group" mode.
 you can also achieve this in "individual" mode by giving a individual
 discounts for products so that discount is calculated before tax is
 getting  updated.
