Comment:

 hi prathim,

 The rules in the  mail converter are working on priority basis.
 If the conditions of first rule matches then that action will be performed
 ,and it will exit from the mail converter process neglecting the rest
 rules,

 the second rule will be executed only when the first rule is failed ..
