Comment:

 Sorry, we had rechecked this case in clean instance as well as in migrated
 instance.

 Where creating of new user and log-in of existing user works smooth.

 This will throw unauthorized user, when trying to create user account
 which already exist
 i.e., Using same email address that exist in marketplace
