 It is unlikely that a ongoing call would be change its state from ringing
 to hangup/bridge within 5 min. But there could be case where agent
 extension  is not configured / active on Asterisk and it fails to respond.

 instead of retaining the callstatus in ringing and having the popup UI
 stuck forever, pushing such calls to no-response would be more useful.
