 There is an unnecessary htmlentities encoding in the vtiger 6 email from-
 name.

 The issue can be easy to reproduce.
 Please use the vtiger 6 user's Firstname or Lastname field some of the
 Central European characters e.g. öüóőúéáűí ÖÜÓŐÚÉÁŰÍ
