Old description:

New description:

 I created a new webform and saved. On save it displayed a blank screen,
 you then have to go back to Webforms (via CRM settings) and the new
 webform details are there.

 When you open the webform using Show Form there is nothing in the 'Embed
 the following form in your website'.

 When you click on Edit it shows a blank screen again.

 When you delete a webform you get a blank scree.
