New description:

 Our MD has reported that entries he has made into the Description
 Information fields for Contacts does not appear to being saved or, if it
 is , it is not being displayed.

 He reports that when he opens a contact record into which he has
 previously entered some information for Description Information, the
 latest entry he made does not appear.  However, if he selects "Edit" the
 last entry then shows up.  He then tries to Save and, yet again the last
 entry disappears.

 I have not been able to replicate this issue myself nor have I seen
 screens shots of it happening, but I am confident this guy is not making
 this up.  The question now is, is this a known issue and/or has anyone
 else seen this happening.

 We are upgrading to the latest version in the hope this problem will be
 solved but I'd still like to know what is going on here.
