 More info provided:

 When opening an email in Mail Manager by vtiger recognize the sender and
 provides you some options also a link to the related record (account /
 contact) that was found. The url of the link is incorrect that links with
 the actual record and navigates user to 5.4 interface (this errors occurs
 also in vtiger on Demand version). I provide a picture to make it more
 understandable.
