 if statements don't evaluate correctly if SMSNotifier module is not
 installed.

 Seems the broken files are:

 /root_dir/vtiger6/modules/Leads/models/ListView.php  (Line 34)
 /root/vtiger6/vtiger6/modules/Accounts/models/DetailView.php (Line 66)

 I am sure there are other files, but these are the ones that generated
 errors when I attempted to convert a lead.
