Comment:

 Even with the patch I have similar problems.

 Just trying to do a filter in Potentials

 Assigned to : Does not contain : name1, name2

 i.e. find all records belonging to anyone other than name1 & name2

 It will find all records excluding name1 (e.g. name2 + any others) but
 does not exclude name2

 This ONLY appears to happen on the Assigned to field. If I put Sales stage
 first, and Assigned to next, the problem still occurs with Assigned to

 I'm sure this is probably related but no idea how to fix it.
