#7708: When switching from 6.0 to 5.4, picklist fields & picklist values are gone

 Picklist fields and values created in 6.0 are not editable in CRM
 Settings>Picklists and have disappeared.


 When switching back to 6.0, the fields re-appear in CRM Settings >
 Picklists.


 There is no transparent switching between 5.4 and 6.0, or at least you
 cannot move back from 6.0 to 5.4.
