#7636: vt6: svn at 13847 install module files in pacakges not in sync with changes in
pkg

 in svn at 13847 changes have been made to the installable modules in the pkg
 directory but they have not been applied to the installable .zip files in
 packages directory.

 maybe you are waiting to reach a milestone to sync the directories but
 since the test installs are made from the .zip files I think it is
 important to keep them synced so we test with all the changes.
