 If you move to another module i.e.Contacts, you can select Administrator-
 Preferences, and the menus, help, Quick Add etc. don't work there. Plus
 the screen displays this error:

 Fatal error: Call to a member function getPicklistValues() on a non-object
 in
 /home/sites/mysite.com/public_html/crm/vtiger6/modules/Users/models/Record.php
