 Nothing happens when clicking on Save after adding or modifying custom
 picklists in the picklist editor. For changes to take effect (and to
 remove the Save box) you have to refresh VTiger.

 Also, my custom picklist produces lots of duplicate picklist values (over
 a hundred repetitions of the same text). I am not 100% sure what causes
 this, but wondering if it has something to do with importing as it seems
 to happen after I import new records.
