 In the SMS Notifier menu, when clicking on the wrench to edit the
 settings.  There are two options:

 - Edit workflows
 - LBL_SEREVER_CONFIG

 When clicking on the last one - I assume this is a typo and should be
 LBL_SERVER_CONFIG - a new window appears that allows to create a New
 Configuration.  When you click New Configuration, a picklist appears that
 allows you to select a Provider.  That picklist is empty and you cannot
 continue to setup a new configuration.
