 When installing vtiger on server environments with PHP >= 5.3, warning
 notices fill up the browser, and after a while, halt the installation
 process. These are basic validations to avoid uninitialized variable
 values to be passed on during the installation process. Many files will be
 affected. A comment to the right of the modification will indicate the
 specific warning notice fixed.
