 Under CRM Settings, Studio, Picklist Editor

 when you select Rename Value then choose your item to rename, enter a new
 name and then click Save.. the change is made to the database but the
 modal box doesn't dismiss. Clicking X or Cancel dismisses the box but the
 renamed value does not appear until the Picklist editor page is refreshed.
