#7741: Installer fails without error if mysql user lacks "usage" permission
------------------------+-------------------------
 Reporter: naumann | Owner: developer
     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: unassigned | Milestone: Unassigned
Component: vtigercrm | Version: 5.4.0
Severity: Medium | Keywords: mysql usage
------------------------+-------------------------
I just tried to setup vtiger 5.4.0 in a standard LAMP environment on
Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 (but using apache2-itk instead of the default
apache2-mpm). When creating the database user I forgot to assign it
"usage" permission on the database I had created.

When I ran the installer, the installation went fine until the step where
the database is populated. I provided all credentials, submitted the form,
and instead of seeing a warning, error or similar I got a blank page on my
web browser and no error message on any log files.

It would be nice to have the installer handle this situation gracefully.
At minimum, it should handle this situation at all, and provide an error
message for the future vtiger admin.
