 I found a workaround for me, when I setup my Apache, using the IP address
 works for me, but not the hostname.

 ie: http://10.1.10.123:82 works, but not http://crm.mycompany.com:82

 The problem with that fatal error, is that it calls the function pquery()
 in PearDatabase.php, when the database has NOT even been setup yet, as the
 fatal error occurs before the installation can happen. I think it might be
 a php redirect problem.
