 When there are related records in an email and you click on the link i.e.
 for a contact, it opens up a new window and the old style interface of
 V5.4.

 It displays the Contacts form (with no menus etc.)

 I think the popup box for adding an activity i.e. todo, ticket etc. is
 also the old interface
