Comment:

 Jan,

 If you mark one type of tax into the individual product/service then you
 should be change the tax type to individual at the time of quote/invoice
 creation, then only the individual product/service's taxes applicable to
 that product/service. If the tax type is group then it will takes all the
 tax types from crm settings.
