 Fresh install of vtiger 5.4.0 + demo data. During migration process to
 vtiger 6.0 (revision 13867) i got error:
 Fatal error: Class 'VTWorkflowManager' not found in
 (...)/modules/Migration/DBChanges/540_to_600.php on line 59
 Going to apply the Database Changes...
 540 ==> 600 Database changes -- Starts.
