 Let the language in preferences be Dutch, then either create a filter in
 leads module with condition, Lead Status = Gecontacteerd (Contacted in
 English) or try advanced search in the list view for the same. The search
 fails because of dutch string in the filters. But the filter works if
 'Gecontacteerd' is replaced with 'Contacted' without changing the user's
 language(Dutch) in My Preferences. This is happening for all the
 picklists.
