 If we delete a custom field picklist from the layout editor that had a
 dependency defined, the dependency entries are not eliminated so the
 picklist dependency code loads those dependencies and produces a
 javascript error that breaks the whole dependency functionality on that
 module.

 The attached patch, which was sponsored by the company TruEnergy fixes the
 problem by eliminating the dependencies and also a remanant _seq table.
