 When a ticket is created, an email is sent, but this email does not
 contain custom fields details.

 steps:
 -Install and configure the outgoing server of the latest version of
 vtigerCRM
 -create an organization with your email
 -In tickets module add a new custom field
 create a ticket and enter the custom field information
 -change solution state, save it and add data
 -wait for email

 sent the email containing the name of the field but not the custom
 information
