 When creating a new opportunity and "Relating" it to a Contact (as opposed
 to an Organization), Vtiger goes into in infinite loop when pressing
 "Save" generating the following message in Chrome:

 This webpage has a redirect loop
 The webpage at
 http://10.0.0.70/vtigercrm/index.php?action=updateRelations&module=Contacts&record=&parenttab=Marketing
 has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or
 allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a
 server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
 Here are some suggestions:
 Reload this webpage later.
 Learn more about this problem.
 Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.


 The opportunity does get saved as I can see it when I reload the home page
 to VTiger and then go to opportunities.  Likewise, I can update the
 opportunity without issue.
