#7602: 5.4 Workflow Conditions not loading

 When i try to create a new workflow for some (not all) modules especially
 Trouble Ticket, the conditions do not load. When opened in Firebug, the
 problem is about JSON.

 What do you think i should do?

 Hint:

 1- I have disabled and enabled the Helpdesk module but nothing happened.
 2- I have disabled and enabled the all custom modules but nothing
 happened.
 3- I have not modified anything in the CRM but installed PDF Maker module
 and a little modifications in AstersiskClient.php to make POPups work.


 Please help me.

 P.S. Where can we get OU11 patch from?
