 The event times are not displayed correctly on daylight saving time
 transitions in the day, week and month calendar view.

 For example, if we are after the transition to winter time (after october
 28 2012) : an event that was at 10 AM before will display 09 AM, but will
 be correctly put in the slice 10 AM.

 In the event detail view it is ok.
 It is displayed in the correct hour slice in the day and week view.

 This is a very important problem that needs correction.
