 This seems to happen in all modules that have Comments.

 Currently using Linux Firefox 16.02 or Chrome Version 20.0.1132.47 Ubuntu
 12.04 (144678)

 Type in a Comment and click Post. Nothing appears to happen. Refresh the
 page and the comment appears. First time I tried I clicked Post several
 times before realising and then had a page full of comments.

 Post needs to refresh every time.
