#7413: Scheduled import isn't assigning an Organisation No.

 I imported a subset of a large file (~11,000 Accounts) to test the import
 and create a saved field mapping.

 Now I am importing the complete file and the system determined it should
 be scheduled (this is quite a good feature BTW).

 When the import happened manually (with the small file) the new
 Organisations each got a new No., e.g. ACC23, ACC24 etc...

 With the import which is going on via cron the new Organisations are not
 getting a No. The field is blank.

 PS - On a related note, shouldn't the default prefix for the Organisation
 Numbers be changed from "ACC" to "ORG"?
