#7449: Adding Ticket from any email in Mail Manager should pick the description of
ticket if there is content in the body of email.

 Steps To Reproduce :: 1)Configure Mail Manager and try to Add Ticket from
 any email which is having some contents in the mail.  2)Now while creating
 ticket from email,the description field of ticket should pick the
 content(body) of that mail. 3)This should be done because if any user is
 creating ticket from any mail only title is not enough and any user will
 always look for the description of that ticket or details of any issue
 created.
