date field.

 Steps To Reproduce :: 1)Create one custom date field in the leads. 2)Map
 that date field with the expected close date field of opportunities.
 3)Change the date format of the user to dd-mm-yy/mm-dd-yyyy.  4)Now create
 one record in leads with the values given in the date field. 5)Click on
 convert lead and mark on opportunity so that opportunity record will get
 created. 6)Click on Save. 7)The lead will not be converted as the date
 picked while conversion is of yyyy-mm-dd format but the user is using dd-
 mm-yyyy format.
