#7443: Duplicate record handling is not working in Import if selected field has
comma in the value

 Steps to reproduce error[[BR]]

 1-->Create a record in Organization module with giving comma(,) in the
 name .For e.g vtiger,company[[BR]]

 2-->Export the same record and try to import it back,When importing you
 can select Duplicate Record handling and select Organization Name as Merge
 criteria.You can give Skip record option[[BR]]

 3-->Now at the end of import,you can see it will create a new record with
 out skipping it.It is happening only when there is comma(,) in the value.
