 Steps to reproduce.

 Go to Announcements and make a new message with a ' in it, for example.

 "Don't forget to mention product XYZ when selling ABC!!!"

 Once the announcement is running note that the More menu popup no longer
 works. Firebug reports:

 missing ) after argument list
 [Break On This Error]

 ...bjMore(this,'allMenu','Alan Lord :  Don't forget to mention product XYZ
 when sel...

 Remove the ' from don't and it all works again.

 I consider this fairly major as inability to access the More menu is quite
 serious.
