 Adding and removing a module from the main menu categories like Sales,
 Support was handled by Vtiger_Menu API's. Now we have added column
 "parent" in vtiger_tab that handles placing modules under different
 categories. API's in the Vtiger_Menu/Vtiger_Module has to be updated to
 support attaching/detaching modules.
