#7471: To Dos created from workflow are showing wrong start Time

 Do the following steps to reproduce the issue[[BR]]

 1-->Create workflow for Leads module,Create a new task of type To
 do.[[BR]]

 2-->Specify a Time when creating To dos task in workflow.[[BR]]

 3-->Now create a new Lead record and you can see Start Time of the To dos
 created is showing created time of To do ,not the time mentioned in
 Workflow.
