 Steps To Reproduce :: 1)Provide any email id to any user which no body
 should be using in the crm.
 2)Now log in as non-admin user and Go to mail manager. 3)Click on Compose
 and search for that email id present in the crm.3)Now write the email id
 given to that user in the search text box.4)You will see that the message
 is "Nothing Found" although we have given that email id to a
 user.5)Also,you are not able to see the whole email id while giving in the
 search box.
