 1) Set the time zone to "(UTC-12:00) International Date Line West" under
 My
 Preferences 2) Create an event on a Start Date say 15th at Time 5:00pm 3)
 Now change the Time Zone to "(UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New
 Delhi" 4) Now check the Start Date & Time of created event >> will be set
 to 15th 10:30am instead of 16th 10:30am
 '''Actual Calculation:''' adding 12:00hrs to 5:00pm gives UTC time(5am of
 16th) now add 5:30hrs to UTC time which results in UTC+5:30 time(10:30am
 of 16th)
