 error message: "An item with the same key has already been added"

 After a contact is moved from contact folder.

 This issue can be reproduced by performing the following actions.

 Start with an empty contact folder
 install the plugin
 start outlook
 enter login parameter
 sync contacts
 Move contact from another folder into the contact folder
 Set moved contact sensitivity to "Personal"
 Sync contacts again
 Move the new contact out of the contacts folder OR delete the contact
 Sync again
 The error message "An item with the same key has already been added"
 appears and no further synching is possible.
