#7358: Email template variables not replacing values when mail sent from Mail

 Below are the steps to reproduce issue

 1-->Create a email template for Leads module using field variable like

 $leads-firstname$, $leads-lastname$ etc.[[BR]]

 2-->Now go to Mail manager.Click on Compose .In the To field click on
 plus(+) icon and select any lead by searching email id.[[BR]]

 3-->Now select the email template and send mail.Check mail received in in
 Lead's email id ,the variable will not replace values, instead it will
 still show variable name.
