 Hy,

 My first public feature i post in this trac System is a function, I
 implement in all vtiger, managed by me: The filter for String-Fields
 "isEmpty" or "isNotEmpty".

 Because this function wasn't implemented in 5.3, i upload this patch, for
 test and discussion.

 I didn't add an extra filter, but make the "is not equal" or "is equal"
 filter, recognize an empty string.
 This was prepared in code, but only for NULL Values in Database.

 I have test it in 5.30 for customViews and advanced filters.
 It should work on every place, the QueryGenerator is used.
