 Steps To Reproduce :: 1)Create one lead record from any email present in
 the mail                   manager.2)Now convert that lead.
         3)Go to the email in the mail manager from which you created the
 lead.
 4)Still the lead record is shown which is wrong because you have already
 converted that lead record.
