Comment:

 Outlook automatically create an Agenda entry for contacts that have a
 birthday given.
 Although no birthday is givenin Vtiger, when synchronised to Outlook the
 birthday field in outlook contains a date. I think the plugin provides
 (incorrect) data to outlook for the birthday field.
