 - create quote/invoice[[BR]]
 - add service[[BR]]
 - fill in the line with a service, apply a discount and tax values, it is
 important to have both[[BR]]
 - move line up to first position[[BR]]
 you will see that the line values and invoice totals have changed
 incorrectly, seemingly it loses the discount[[BR]]
 The attached patch fixes the problem[[BR]]
 I haven't tried SO and PO but I suppose they will have the same problem
