 Newly installed modules and vtlib modules in general are not translated in
 Settings. See attached image.

 To get these modules translated I have to add the module name translation
 to include/language/xx_xx.lang.php, see attached diff.

 Most (if not all) these modules have both the module name translation and
 the "SINGLE_xxx" translation entry in their module language file.

 We already had this problem in prior versions.
