 Installing vtiger 5.3.0 onto a CentOS 5.5 machine running php 5.1.6. I get
 the following error after navigating to the vtiger instance directory.

 "PHP 5.0.x or above is required. Your current PHP version is 5.1.6
 Kindly upgrade the PHP installation, and try again! "

 In index.php the version_compare is checking for 5.2, install.php is
 checking for 5.0, and phpversionfail.php is checking for 5.0.x.
